Summary0000468: Fetch latest data from cloud API
Description

The app updates only every two or three months, which is acceptable for features or bug fixes but is too slow for data updates.
Introducing a cloud API that updates more frequently encourages contribution and makes the app more up-to-date.
The API should be able to work out the correct stations and routes from our public database on GitHub.
The feature will be subscription-based.
